Emily is a Portland, Oregon-based Creative Director with over 14 years of experience with Nike’s Brand Creative teams. She specializes in Creative Strategy and Storytelling, Multi-Disciplinary Art Direction, and Consumer Experience. Emily is skilled in developing immersive, integrated campaigns that connect digital and physical environments. She is drawn to stories of human experience, with a current focus on Women, Sport, and Wellness.
Emily believes that honest dialogue, inclusive collaboration, and trusted processes are essential for successful creative teamwork. She is passionate about making meaningful human connections and advocating for gender equality.
Extending her creativity beyond Brand Campaigns, Emily is passionate about her home renovation and landscaping projects. She is fond of vintage furnishings and treasures the sentimental connection they bring to a home. She appreciates film photography and music, and balances work with hiking, collecting house plants, and the extreme sport of motherhood.
Emily is currently the lead Art Director for the Nike Global Women’s Performance Studio. She holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Oregon and an M.F.A in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art Univeristy.
